Draft Land Management Policy Consultation

This policy outlines the management principles for the various parcels of land and property owned by and regularly maintained by Brimpsfield Parish Council, being:

· Brimpsfield Village Hall and parking area surrounding

· The War Memorial in Brimpsfield and surrounding grass verge. This area includes the grass verge area on which the phone box is situated, such area being registered as being part of Gloucestershire Highways.

· The areas of registered common land at both Brimpsfield and Caudle Green (hereafter “common land”). Both areas are designated as registered common land under the Commons Registration Act 1965 and is subject to statutory protections under the Commons Act 2006.
